Getting started

   Start a conversation

   Describe your situation in the box on the home page, or pick one of the suggested questions. You'll be asked to sign in when you send the first message, so your progress has somewhere to live.

   Let it reach for tools

   Want roles? Say the city and the direction. Want an assessment? Say what to assess. It works out which tool to call, so there are no commands to remember.

   Confirm anything it saves

   When it wants to save a CV or record an application, a confirmation card appears first, spelling out exactly what it's about to do. Nothing is written until you confirm.

Frequently asked

Do I have to sign in?

You can start typing on the home page, but sending the first message requires an account. Your profile, CVs and applications hang off that account, otherwise a refresh loses everything.

The verification email never arrived.

Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email us the address you signed up with and we'll sort it out by hand.

Are the roles it finds actually open?

Yes. They come from a live hiring data source and include the original listing link so you can check for yourself. If a direction returns nothing, it will say so rather than inventing a few.

How is my CV scored?

Across the four dimensions ATS screening tends to weigh: content quality, formatting, keyword match and phrasing. Each one comes with a reason and up to three concrete edits.

Can I use it in Chinese?

Yes. It replies in whichever language you write in. Job searches are translated into English behind the scenes, because the UK listings database is in English.

Will my CV be used to train models?

No. Your data is only ever used to produce your own results.

I've run out of credits.

You can top up whenever you need to. Credit packs are a one-off purchase with no subscription attached, and the credits never expire. See the packs and prices, then buy them under Settings, Credits in the app. Inviting friends earns you 150 credits each as well.
